Skor Bar Recipe

(For all those who tried to figure out Lindsay's recipe card on page 280, this is how Karen really makes it. Copy this and keep it in your book.

INGREDIENTS
2 cups chocolate wafers, crushed
½ cup melted butter
8 oz. cream cheese
¼ cup sugar
4 cups COOL WHIP, thawed
4 SKOR bars crushed
3 cups milk
2 pkge. instant chocolate pudding

METHOD
Mix crumbs and butter and press into 9X13 pan. Chill. Mix cream cheese and sugar until creamy. Blend in half whipped topping. Spread mixture over crust. Top with crushed bars. Prepare puddings. Pour over bars and let stand until it is thickened. Spread other half of whipped topping over all. Refrigerate for at least two hours. Cut into squares. Store leftovers in fridge.
